History of VANCO
VANCO has over 15 years in the home maintenance and home inspection industry - first operating under the name of Handy Man Dan doing basic home maintenance. In 2003, the decision was made to expand the business into a full home improvement company. VANCO's services now include custom concrete and home inspections. And as licensed builders VANCO also offers building services.
VANCO is currently made up of two crews - one full home construction crew and one full concrete crew. There is no job too big or too small for our home construction crew ranging from complete remodels down to one-room fix-ups and our home inspection team offers in-depth, comprehensive, visual examinations. Our concrete crew offers the most up-to-date services including custom colors and stamping.
VANCO is family owned and locally operated. It is our goal to provide our customers with excellent service, including on-time, quality workmanship at competitive costs. We are mindful that we live in the areas that we serve and make it one our top priorities to give back to our communities.
